Be Kind To Yourself - Learning To Love Me. 💕

Learning to love yourself requires time and patience, and the single most important step is learning to be kind to yourself. 

Making a list of everything that makes you exceptional and great is a good starting point. List your abilities, successes, and characteristics that you find admirable about yourself. As you seek to develop these positive qualities, keep your focus on them throughout the day. This will help you practice self-compassion by putting more emphasis on your efforts rather than your outcomes. Self-compassion and self disctis an amazing tool to acquire. It takes time so don't be too hard on yourself. 

Never forget to set aside some time each day to do something you enjoy, whether it's something as basic as going for a stroll or listening to music.

Meditation and some quiet time is a needed tool to incorporate into your daily activities because it helps to keep you grounded, keep you focused or it could allow you to reassess how your day is going and any strategies that need to be modified. Meditation is also a relaxing activity that helps decrease stress, relax your system, decrease blood pressure, improve your mood and allows your body to remain in a relaxed and grounded state.

Talk to yourself like you would a good friend, and don't forget to give yourself some self-love especially when things don't go as planned. Tell yourself all the positive things you would like to hear about yourself. Positive affirmations are powerful. Smile back at yourself and love every inch of you. Be kind to yourself. Sometimes, we are our own worst critics. Forgive yourself for mistakes made. It's called being human. Be gentle with you. Tell yourself that you're loved beyond measure and believe it. You are loved and you matter.
