Cinnamon, Lemon and Green Tea

I enjoy eating salad and decaffeinated green tea with a stick of cinnamon and teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon. 

Cinnamon is great for stabilizing your blood sugar and opening up the blood vessels of the arteries.

Green tea has catechins which is an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory benefits that are also great for your arteries. 

Lemon is a citrus fruit that has bioflavonoids that are great for preventing LDL cholesterol from turning into the dangerous oxidized form that is bad for the arteries. 

Know your foods and why you're eating them and help heal your body naturally.
